Video Production Artist will deliver projects to a high standard while demonstrating creativity, quality and consistency. Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in video production environment. Experience in an agency/ corporate setting producing Marketing videos. Roles & Requirements: Create scripts, storyboards, video treatments and proposals. Creation of news packages, content for broadcast, b-roll, live streams, social videos, event coverage and interviews. Implicit understanding of brands and how best to position them in editorial content. Accurate and accountable production management. End to end video production - including but not limited to style frames, design boards, developing concepts, story boards, and infographics/ data visualization design boards. Knowledge of technical video equipment including switchers, audio boards, routers, GFX creation, cameras, lighting, microphones and other relevant production equipment. Work on post production components of raw footage editing and product high-end edit sessions for complex video elements. Work across design-driven content like advertising, product, digital and interactive. Types of projects will include, corporate videos, product videos, social media videos, blog content etc. Proven expertise in visualization, understanding composition, knowing perspective, knowing the principles of motion and exaggeration, understanding of sync and time, good grasp of color theory. Develops effective production models from previous experience, current market trends, and competitor intelligence; establishes cost effective, creative and innovative video production. Manage the entire workflow of video and media projects in production and post-production phases through to execution, maintaining a calendar of projects and deadlines. Ability to take direction well, but also motivated and capable of handling independently a project from start to finish.,
