Job Description

    Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Contact Center Executive to join our customer support team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web-chat interactions with US-based candidates to screen them for our clients hiring requirements. You will be responsible for recording call outcomes on the designated tool while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and webchat interactions for candidate screening
    • Assess and qualify candidates based on client hiring requirements
    • Accurately document call outcomes in the designated tool
    • Maintain professionalism and efficiency in customer interactions
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication skills (Versant score 58 & above)
    • Ability to clear additional written assessment for chat support
    • Prior experience in a US contact center is preferred
    • Willingness to work US hours (Shifts between 5 PM IST and 7 AM IST)
    • Work-from-office is mandatory, including weekends
