    • Provide multi-channel customer support for Navis products, ensuring privacy and professionalism.
    • Educate customers about Navis products and services.
    • Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Leaders/SMEs and relevant stakeholders.
    • Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives.
    • Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and processes, collaborating effectively with the team for seamless support.
    Desired skills & Experience:
    • 1 year of customer support experience with proficiency in English and Hindi; additional fluency in regional languages is advantageous.
    • Preferred experience in UPI & BBPS services and familiarity with CRM and Inbound/Chat/Email tools.
    • Flexible availability for rotational rosters, including weekends and evenings.
    • Ability to provide extended support during business requirements and meet SLAs.
    • Comfortable working across different channels such as Chat, Inbound Calls, and Email.
