Director - FinanceDescription:ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE:The Finance team is responsible right from recording and tracking each financial level transaction to the closure of books and reporting of financial transactions by preparing financial statements and accordingly providing commentary on the financial outlook of the entity which broadly includes:- A systematic and programmed monthly financial statement closure and reporting process, Liasioning with statutory auditors for timely completion of statutory audit, coordination with stakeholders as a facilitator to the audit team for providing input required for audit procedure.- To ensure books of accounts get audited as per defined timelines and compliances.- Quarterly limited review in line with the SEBI (LODR) requirements.- Coordination with internal financial control auditors for timely closure of internal audit to work upon financial constraints and observations identified by the audit team and boosting financial level procedures and avoidance of control gaps.- Streamlining the financial reporting process of subsidiaries for efficiency and timely finalization of Group financial statements.- Finalization of Monthly MIS PL within defined timelines, Facilitating the Bankers, due diligence team, lenders, and investors by sharing the required information on time and reporting the requested details in a defined framework.- Facilitating the timely completion of all planned acquisitions with respect to financial activities, such as Financial, legal, and Tax due diligence, valuation and coordination, etc.What will you get to do here - Preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements of the Company under Ind AS/ IFRS monthly. - Preparation and finalization of quarterly financial statements under Ind AS and IFRS for the current and prior years. - Overall responsible for finalizing statutory audit of standalone and Consol FS, ICFR by statutory auditors and management testing of ICFR & reporting. - Overall in charge of the quarterly limited review of the standalone and quarterly financials through the external statutory auditors. - Supporting and timely closure of internal audits. - Technical expert for various existing and potential accounting matters. - Discussion with external technical consultants, preparation, and finalization of accounting memos for the reporting. - Responsible for the implementation and effective operation of the FSCP controls. - Develop and implement the SOPs for the standalone and subsidiary entities with respect to book closure, and financial finalization. - Coordinate with the Finance Automation team to enhance the reporting requirements through system automation. - Handling the end to end Delivery cost accounting and reporting - ERP implementation for the subsidiaries. - Handling the MIS reporting the respective unitWhat qualities are we looking for - 7 to 10 years of experience in Finance. - CA with post-qualification experience of 3-8 years - Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others - Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner - Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations - Strong knowledge of MS Excel We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law For your candidature to be considered on this job, you need to apply necessarily on the companys redirected page of this job.
