In this role, the successful candidate will participate in establishing an automated compound management system and processes at Syngene for supporting different projects. The candidate will be expected to play an active role in automating the processes using robotics tools, software-hardware integration, and managing compounds,. The incumbent will work closely with chemistry for compounds registration and receipts and will support the assay/DMPK teams for providing assay ready plates (ARPs). Role Accountabilities Establish automation for compound management processes including compound storage, inventorying and dilution preparations using robotic tools and software Establish and engage in all compound management workflows and tasks including transfer and weighing of compounds in powder format, compound dissolution, and preparation of compound solutions in plated formats (assay ready plates, ARPs) using both manual and automated systems. Develop various methods for continuous process improvement to enhance compound management efficiency. Data documentation on timely manner. To be able to work with various types of automation, analytical software, and electronic notebooks. To be able to work and follow Good Laboratory Practices. Specific requirements for this roleExperience- Candidate should be completed B. Tech// B.Eng./M.Sc//MTech with 5-10 years of experience in pharma or any similar industry Good insights, understanding and experience with automation, robotics Good understanding and experience with software and hardware integrations.
