Project Lead - IntegrationsAbout Alstom in India Alstom has established a strong presence in India. Currently, the company is executing metro projects in several Indian cities including Chennai, Kochi and Lucknow where it is supplying Rolling Stock manufactured out its state of the art facility at SriCity in Andhra Pradesh. In the Mainline space, Alstom is executing Signaling & Power Supply Systems for the 343 Km. section on World Bank funded Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor. Phase 1 in the construction of the new electric locomotive factory for manufacturing and supply of 800 units of 12000HP locomotives is also complete at Madhepura, Bihar while the depot at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh is ready to commence operation. Alstom has set up an Engineering Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru, and this coupled with a strong manufacturing base as well as localized supply chains, is uniquely positioned to serve customers across the globe. Today, Alstom in India employs close to 3600 people and in line with Government of India s Make in India policy initiative, Alstom has been investing heavily in the country in producing world class rolling stock, components, design, research and development to not only serve the domestic market, but also rest of the world. www.alstom.com/ India Job PurposeTo manage projects related to integration of accounting activities from multiple regions into International Finance Excellence CenterReportingProject Manager, IntegrationResponsibilities o Support development and approval of business cases for proposals of new integrations into IFECo Support in defining the project scoping and objectivesin conjunction with allstakeholderso Perform risk assessment and mitigation plans for each projecto Develop high-level and detailed planning for each integration project including people, time, cost etco Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costso Actively execute and deliver projects according to the planned timeline and costo Drive governance on the progress of projects throughout the project life cycle o Monitor,track, publish performance of projectso Anticipate issues and actively drive closure, resolution ofissues impacting the timely delivery of projecto Deliver projects as per planned time and cost o Co-ordinate transversally and work inclusively in every phase ofthe project o Manage relationship with all stakeholderso Maintain comprehensive and up-to date project documentation o Attend conferences, workshops as required in all phases ofthe projectsEducational RequriementsGraduate or above, preferably certified in PMP Language: English (mandatory), Knowledge of French will be an advantageExperienceAbove 8 years of proven experience inAP environment preferably in Multinational Company with a minimum of5years in project management roles in Finance operationsTechnical CompetenciesMandatory Proven experience in project management tools and techniques Broad process management skills in all areas of AccountingBasic exposure to integrations in Controlling and FP&A will be an advantageDesirableCertified PMP professional Deep process management skills in specific areas like AP, GL Experience in automations, six sigma projectsBehavioral CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills (in English), ability to develop and deliver executive presentations Leadership qualities & ability to accompany the change Problem solving driven & appropriate urgency awareness skills Team player A result oriented individual able to handle projects with a strong ability to influence, guide and provide critical feedback Ability to manage multiple projectsLocation - BangaloreAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
