    • Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
    • Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : A: Managing SNOW queue for incidents, RITMs and resolving the same within and Creating/Managing new B: Integrations in BigPanda, introducing best practices and ensuring zero application downtime C: Responsible for developing scripts in Shell/Python, Java to do custom integrations into BigPanda D: Ensuring documentation for all integrations is up-to date and quarterly reviewed E: Interacting with client for requirement gathering and issue triage F: Responsible for carrying out production changes
        • Technical Experience : A: Should have 5 to 6 years experience in strong knowledge of at least 1 programming language Either Java, Net or Python B: Hands-on experience with at least 1 scripting language Shell, Perl or Powershell preferred C: Experience with Netcool or BigPanda or any other Event Aggregation Tool is must D: Experience with supporting Production Systems E: Knowledge of Ticketing tools like Service Now F: A good level of knowledge in ITIL service management framework
        • Professional Attributes : A: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a clear business relevant manner that is adjusted to the audience; up, down and across the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
        • Educational Qualification : A: 15 years of full-time education
