• Interaction with key stake holders and business. Understand and translate business requirements into smaller use cases.
• Coordinating with application support teams to determine application support teams pain areas, build synergies across the teams and address them.
• Work with the Application Development team to implement new Engineering improvements and involve in migration strategy development
• Create or update conceptual, logical and physical data models using best practices and according to company standards
• Work in DevOps environment for Continuous Delivery.
• Provide guidance to the 3rd line support during live issues
• Should drive improvement programs in OR area
Youll have the following skills & experience
• Writing scalable code using Java/Python programming language.
• Create test automations and debug application code.
• Building dashboards.
• Creating DBs, creating tables, writing/debugging stored procedures and functions, creating and using indexes, implementing best practices in Oracle/SQL Server DBs.
• Ability to write automation scripts for generating alerts and auto healing issues on Linux/Windows servers.
• Integrating user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Assessing and prioritizing business failures.
• Integrating data storage solutions.
• Reprogramming existing databases to improve functionality.
• Developing digital tools to monitor online traffic.
• Developing digital tools to monitor business metrics.
• Developing digital tools to monitor business problems and fixing underlying issues.
• Good understanding on Microservices and system designs such as Scalable Design, Batch processing, and Stream processing is desired.
• Issue triage and problem record management.
• Knowledge in ServiceNow is desired.
• Having knowledge on Devops tools and technologies such as Gerrit, Jenkins, Dockers, Kubernetes, GIT, YAML Scripting, Artifactory, Puppet, and Terraform will be an added advantage.
• Having knowledge in AWS and Azure cloud is preferred
