    Job Description5- 8 years experience:o Design and development capabilities with webMethods BPM & CAF.o BPM Processes: development, supported BPMN notation and syntax, process execution, debugging, build & upload, process logging, versioning, import/export, data mapping, etc.o BPM User Tasks: user task development, usage of the task editor, MWS deployment, user task execution and monitoring, user task type administration, Mobile Task Integration (MTI)o webMethods Business Rules: simple business rules, rule deployment, rules management console in MWSo JSF facelet-based implementation of shells and views (OpenCAF)o Creating projects, views and portletso Using simple and complex controls (including AJAX)o Connecting to Web services, Data binding, managed beans and content providerso Actions and data flows,Input validationo Internationalization, Client-side functionality with JavaScripto Portal administration and permissions managemento Inter-portlet communication (linking and wiring)o Portal personalization (skins, shells, rules) webMethods Skills o Strong hands-on experience in WebMethods suite of product of version 9.x and aboveo Independently able to design and deliver webMethods integration solutions using webMethods Developer, Trading Networks, My webMethods.o Experience on various adapters like SAP, JDBC, SOAP, SFTP, EDI INT AS2.o Experience in exposing webMethods web services to external consumers and consuming internal web services is a must.o Excellent communication and analytical skillso Experience in directly working/coordinating with customers on understanding requirements,
