  • Primary Skill- WebSphere App Server Admin, Secondary Skill- Tomcat App Server
  • Installation and configuration of Websphere, Tomcat, JBOSS, weblogic Application servers
  • Experience related to Application Server Clustering for High Availability and Load balancing
  • experience in Middleware administration, Configure connection pools db resources
  • Involved in problem determination using application and error logs
  • Create thread dumps and heap dumps analyze those Deployed applications from Admin Console and also script based installation
  • Experience in SSL configurations and understanding
  • Should have Knowledge on Performance tuning
  • Assist in building Application servers webservers like IIS apache
  • Assist in building and migrating applications Deployed web and enterprise applications on JBOSS application server
  • Hands on experience on shell or perl scripting
  • Strong knowledge on Performance Tuning, Should have experience of Tuning of OS parameters like Swap and virtual Memory settings to improve the application server performance
  • Should have experience on integrating Apache IIS plug in configuration with application servers
  • Strong Knowledge on UNIX and LINUX Monitor applications for high availability Application Deployment
  • Ready to work on shifts and on 24 x 7 support
  • Troubleshooting the issues and involve the right team for resolution
  • Should have knowledge on ITIL process
  • Should have knowledge on INCIDENT Management and Change management
  • Should have Very good communication and Interpersonal skills
