WELDING INSPECTOR QUALIFICATION AWS CWI OR CSWIP EXPERIENCE MINIMUM 5 YEARS IN WELDING WORK BACK GROUND Should have sound knowledge of various welding process, GTAW+SMAW+FCAW & SAW Must be fully familiar with Structural, Pressure Vessel, Piping and Welding Codes Should have good knowledge in tank welding inspection Must be fully conversant with working drawings and welding symbols Must have good report writing ability and excellent communication skills with Third Party Inspectors Should be able to read Code and Standards and prepare WPS & PQR suitable to metallurgy and job requirements Must have sound knowledge of working to Welding Procedures Specifications and carrying out Welder testing and qualification Should have thorough knowledge in AWS D1 1 standard Should have NDT (RT, UT, PT & MT) qualification in Level II
