Job Description

    Hi All,We are hiring for one of our Client,
    • Position Name: Windows Driver Developer
    • Job Profile: Full-Time Permanent Position
    • Experience: 3-8 Years of Relevant Experience
    • Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MCA
    • Job Location: ONSITE, Bangalore
    • Shift Timings: As Per Project Requirements
    • Salary Range: Till 20 LPA (Depending on Experience)
    • Notice Period: 0-30 Days Notice Period
    Scope of Development
    • NDIS Driver development (including Inbox drivers), feature enhancement and bug fixing for Networking devices (Ethernet Controllers)
    • Work across various NIC family of products ranging from 1G to 200G
    • Support for both Pre and Post Si Platforms
    • Support various Windows OS versions as per the MSFT release and not just limited to below versions
      • Windows Server 2012 & R2
      • Windows Server 2016
      • Windows Server 2019
      • Windows Server 2022
      • Windows 10
      • Windows 11
      • Windows PE.
    • Driver development includes meeting Windows compliance & Certification needs
    • Development to support SDLC throughout all phases of the dev process
    • Activities includes superset of below items
      • Reproduce and Triage Issues reported by Validation, Certification and Customer Group teams.
      • Regular scrubbing of Sighting Tenant and updates as per SLA
      • Root cause analysis of Issues identified in Device drivers
      • Bug fixing the identified issues
      • Implementation of new features and enhancements as required
      • Code review and Unit testing
      • Review with stakeholders
      • Program Coordination
      • Work with Validation and certification teams on a day to day basis for reproducing and understanding issues as needed
      • Coordination with other development teams (Including HW) and architects for DCR understanding as needed
      • Coordinate with Program management on a regular basis for timely development and delivery.
      • Listing and Enabling necessary setups and periodical Software & Tool upgrades
    SkillsBelow Expert level Skills for deployed engineers is a must
    • OOPS concepts & C/C++ programming
    • Understanding of on FW/HW
    • Microsoft WDK (driver Kit)
    • Visual Studio, Windbg
    • Kernel and User level drivers
    • NIC platform experience
    • Memory management, dump analysis
    • IEEE 802 Standards Suite
