Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on building our HR systems for the future. You will be positioned to influence the next generation of HR processes and systems around the world and build a scalable solution for all HR Technology efforts. We are looking for a new team member who has experience working in a fast-paced growth company. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operational support for core HR, compensation, performance, reporting, and payroll functions in Workday.

What Will You Do:

  • Perform Workday administrative functions including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, simple integrations and upgrades
  • Work effectively with program owners and partners. Facilitate requirements gathering, creation of functional specifications, user acceptance testing and training activities for HR and company-wide HR technology initiatives
  • Identify and lead HR technology projects related to process re-engineering, employee/manager self-service, HR intranet, staffing technology, employee portals, and reporting technology
  • Assist in process, development, and support for all various HR technology initiatives to include numerous down-stream system feeds, interfaces and integrations
  • Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts and execute testing in support of system
  • Partner with support organization in providing training, support and technical assistance to end-users
  • Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, utilizing Workday report writer/designer, as well as other organizational tools and available technologies
  • Support SOX compliance efforts
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree (equivalent in HR, business, IT or related area) with 3 5 years of hands-on roles or relevant education/experience
  • Experience with Workday required
  • Experience with Smart Recruiters, Centerstone, and Saba LMS systems is a plus
  • Experience in time and absence management is required
