Job Description

    *
    • Execute the solution provided by Architect and also contribute in enhancing system performance
    • Proactively identify process improvements including clear and focused solutions. Demonstrates clear understanding of recruitment business process.
    • Execute & Deliver well designed solutions that exceed business objectives and drive business success for our customers.
    • Work on Workday Implementation for Global entities in SAFe environment
    • Develops and maintains working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams.
    • Should be able to work in Attract to Hire ART and be able to interact with other functional teams in building stronger recruitment process in Workday
    , *
    • Graduation in any discipline with over 4+ years of demonstrable experience with Workday especially recruitment and core.
    • Workday certified consultant especially Recruitment and core
    • Having prior experience on Taleo will be added advantage as we would need exposure of transition from Taleo to Workday Recruitment.
    • Should Have been through at least 1 complete implementation cycles with at least long term (2 years) covering end to end run and operations stabilization
    • Experience in Data Migration Projects that includes data clean up and data migration activities.
    • Experience in Workday Analytics will be a plus
    • Detailed knowledge of all the major business processes and associated functionality in the HCM domain around recruiting along with Hire to Retire. Should be aware of latest offering in recruiting solution.
    • Strong troubleshooting and issue resolutions skills. Understanding of integration tools and methodology used within Workday and integration with 3 rd party application.
    • Detailed knowledge of data migration from Legacy system to Workday.
    • Excellent facilitation skills, experience planning and participating in blueprint and design sessions.
    • Must be self-motivated in learning new concepts.
    • Outspoken and passionate about delivering well designed solutions that exceed business objectives and drive business success for our customers
