Job Description

/ Responsibilities

  1. Create training module content on a range of topics from academic sessions for teachers to improving their skills by conducting trainings, seminars, workshops, and other appropriate interventions.
  2. Set a dedicated calendar for the academic year per client and ensure teachers and other staff are coached on various relevant topics.
  3. Help teachers and other staff set progress goals for their classrooms.
  4. Measure training effectiveness and determine areas of improvement.
  5. Conduct in-class observations to measure training effectiveness, review lesson plans, identify teacher strengths and weaknesses, and provide feedback sessions to teachers.
  6. Create regular training need analysis and help set course of action.
  7. Develop improved curricula, lesson plans, and classroom management techniques.
  8. Organize workshops, training sessions, and events where guest speakers inspire teachers.
  9. Maintain report writing and periodically share reports with management and school leadership.
  10. Keep abreast of developments in academics and teaching and learning methodologies.
  11. Manage all administrative activities for training - planning and scheduling, conducting sessions, collecting feedback, ensuring consistency in delivery, and completing post-activity administration.
  12. Liaise with school staff to coordinate timetables, reports, and assessments.
  13. Support the management in making efficient use of the database and utilizing online technology to streamline data, analyze, and make the training process most effective.
  14. Any other duties as may reasonably be required and that fall within the scope and range of the job.
Qualifications
  • Any graduation/ Post-graduation.
Desired profile of the candidate
  1. Recognized qualification and prior experience working as a teacher preferable.
  2. Proven experience of planning and organizing training sessions.
  3. Strong subject matter knowledge of content, structure, and different training methods.
  4. Excellent organizational skills with experience of prioritizing work and managing conflicting deadlines.
  5. Demonstrable experience of event management.
  6. Willing to work collaboratively across teams as well as working independently and autonomously when the job requires.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build supportive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
  9. Familiar with ICT aids and digital technology.
  10. Flexible attitude towards duties and responsibilities to fulfill the requirements of the role.
  11. Willing to travel to Tier II and Tier III cities for extended periods.
  12. Eager to understand and take in local cultures and practices.
