You will be an important part of the development team. This entails all the future possibilities, cross collaboration, and sparring with colleagues and teams you can dream of.Qualifications - ExternalThe ideal candidate needs to:

  • Have 5 years of global experience and 2-3 years in hardware electronicembedded software project management
  • Significant experience in leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams (R&D, industrialization/supply chain, purchasing, offer managers, ...)
  • Proven track record of being self-directed
  • Possess leadership skills to work in a global organization across time-zones, and with teams that are internal as well as with external contractor groups
  • Strong communication skills to communicate with senior stakeholders on key milestones, risks & issues. Ability to push the organization to make critical decisions
  • Effectively manage change, consider trade-offs and present impact analysis with clear options to allow for clear decisions to be made
  • Manage inter-dependencies between teams, identify risks and opportunities for project success
  • Work with resource managers to ensure effective resource allocation and find solutions to other projects and program needs
  • Knowledge in agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Lean Agile.
  • Create intimacy between his projects and our customers by putting in place some customer panels.
  • Have significant experience on protection relays domain (business understanding and technical depth)
Experience (Must have)
  • Master degree in an engineering or industrial field
  • Awareness or experience in complex, tailored stage gate, project management targeting new product development
  • Knowledge in agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, Lean Agile, and DevOps.
  • Identify, escalate, and support obstacle resolution: you remove impediments
  • Able to influence the organization and leverage stakeholders to foster team efficiency
