Were driven by progress and continuously evolving to ensure were agile and ready for tomorrow, today.Our Operations team is responsible for ensuring that the Bank operates with seamless execution, settles a variety of complex financial transactions through data driven decisions, process simplification and automation, and by ensuring our internal and external stakeholders needs are met.About the programmeOur 12 Months Apprenticeship Programme gives you the opportunity to gain first-hand experience working on real world problems, hone your skills, create lasting relationships, gain insights, and discover your strengths. Throughout the programme, youll acquire the skills for immediate success, as well as understand whats required for the future as our industry and your career evolve.During the Apprenticeship, youll experience and be exposed to an incredible and varied learning experience, which will include:

EligibilityWe welcome students from B. Com (all streams), B.A. Economics, B.Sc.
