For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.YOUR IMPACTAre you looking for a place to get exposure to a full slate of financial products Do you enjoy working with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Our Asset Servicing team is seeking an Analyst who has an interest in working closely with our trading desks, portfolio managers, legal and others to manage corporate actions. This role will provide you with a solid understanding of various financial products managed, with strong emphasis in fixed income and equity products.OUR IMPACTAsset and Wealth Management (AWM) is the investment management arm, providing global investment opportunities to a substantial and diversified client base including institutions, governments, and high net worth individuals. AWM has become one of the pre-eminent investment management organizations globally.JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Closely monitor and validate key data attributes that contribute to important PWM Corporate Actions.
  • Partner directly with key decision-making individuals from across divisions to capture/validate corporate actions.
  • Using your problem-solving skills, act as a central point of contact/escalation for inquiries from the PWM business regarding corporate actions.
  • Leverage your attention to detail by managing daily responsibilities and inquiries, while also working on enhancing your project management skills related to key market initiatives and internal system enhancements.
  • Grow with a strong team and develop a deep understanding of products and complex transactions while working with our business partners.
  • Understand Class Action and work closely with Sales.
  • Have knowledge on FRT process and work with key stakeholders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial services.
  • Asset servicing knowledge is preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record contributing in a dynamic team environment.
  • Pays attention to detail and can multi-task.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applicationsspecifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of product data, reconciliation, trade management, and accounting functions is preferred but not required.
