OCSC team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio on both a fixed price and T&M basis. OCSC services are typically requested by large Oracle customers that require the utmost attention to real mission-critical applications and processes. OCSC covers the majority of large-scale Oracle customers.Oracle Consulting Solution Center provides unmatched, tailored support that ensures an organizations Oracle technology investments deliver the cutting-edge innovation and performance your business requires to compete, all while coexisting within your IT environment.Detailed :The candidate must have knowledge in any of the modules along with the Core HR module - Time and Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting. The candidate should have been in client-facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live. Engineering graduates with an MBA (HR) will be preferred.Required Skills:

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in HR Functional/Business Process consulting.
  • Qualification: MBA HR / B. Tech / B.E
  • Consultants must have excellent HCM business process knowledge & good communication skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft/EBS or any HCM application is preferred.
