We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representative.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis using SQL and Python
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources
  • Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, information science or a related field
  • Experience with data ETL tools like SSIS or ADF
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python/R
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
  • Experience in a similar role or internship
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms
