Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather the business requirements, design and develop scalable solutions and deliver high quality customer experiences enhancing tech division capabilities. You will acquire deep product/business service knowledge and then support various existing use cases, support existing features/integrations with other platforms/systems.Engineers design, build, test and support solutions. They partner with analysts and other squad members to understand the requirements to ensure the delivery of work meets customer expectations. • Development/CI-CD/Integration: Developing back-end services using Java/Spring, hosting and running the services on AWS, maintain existing CI/CD pipeline, expand the overall capability of the services with new integrations.
• Solution Design: Designing technical and non-technical solutions to resolve a problem or meet business needs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and viability of working solutions through quality practices and rigorous testing with a customer centric focus.
• Systems Analysis: Translating business requirements into IT solutions by understanding needs, feasibility and impact.
• Service Operations: Respond to and manage incidents when or before they happen. This includes problem management, root cause analysis, controls design, communication and governance.

What will you bringTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• 8 years of strong programming experience on Java for development of Web services using Spring framework.
• REST API development experience using Java with proven experience with microservices/API architectures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication skills and a team player.
• Takes part in troubleshooting for service recovery and provide ongoing support for platforms as required e.g. problem and incident management.
• Translating business requirements into IT solutions by understanding needs, feasibility and impact.
• Demonstrable experience and understanding of agile development practices, JIRA and Confluence, and Git or similar distributed source-control systems.
• Demonstrate a willingness to build competency in their discipline and seeks direction as required.
• Understands, responds and takes part in facilitating continuous improvement practices.
• Actively aspire for self growth and contribute to the growth of team members.
• Flexible and willingness to go above and beyond just a code cutter to support the end-to-end service in aspects of service offering.
• Hosting and running Java Web Services application on AWS using EKS.
• AWS Certified Associate Developer.
