You understand how to maximize sales tools to gain efficiencies in the sales cycle and will successfully leverage this experience to drive strategic initiatives, create documentation, provide support to our client success community, and support our organizational tools.Ideally, 5 years of experience in support and operations, excellent communication and presentation skills, experience with stakeholder management, the ability to solve complex issues, and a strong desire to work in an evolving environment. Previous experience working in Oracle Sales Cloud and tools. Model and ability to understand the role of Demand Generation plays in the business throughout the entire sales cycle. The role is highly collaborative and will include partnering with contacts in multiple organizations and lines of business, as well as ongoing engagement with our leadership team and Client Success community.Career Level: IC2Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
  • Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives.
  • Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities.
  • Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals.
  • Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance.
  • Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Experience in Demand Generation Sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and tools in practice.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sales enablement and training.
  • Flexibility, agility and problem-solving skills to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Build and maintain the process and sales tools components for new hire onboarding and ongoing sales training.
  • Deliver formal and informal training sessions. Coach new hires and existing team members on process and tools best practices.
  • Create and maintain clear and concise process and tools documentation for the organization, including best practices and guidance for complex scenarios.
