As a Business Intelligence specialist / Analytics solution Engineer you will be part of India Operations center Industrial Automation (INOPC IA) and will be based in Bangalore.2019-03-15Line Management / Project leadTasks: Propose and analyze system and software architecture for the ability platform and analytics solutions. Software architecting and prototype implementation of futuristic distributed/stand-alone/mobile industrial applications including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Participate in and drive solutions and technology transfer projects resulting in concepts, prototypes, patents, and academic publications. Support ABB business units through consulting engagements for data analytics. Information modeling for interoperable systems. International travel on need basis. Living ABBs core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Requirements: Graduate / Masters in Computer Science/ Engineering/ related areas and 4 years of experience in Solution architecting, design and implementation with a strong analytics knowledge. Experience in building distributed and multi-core system is desirable. Broad IT/SW background and willingness to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of new technologies and application domains. Data Structure design and implementation experience in multiple languages and platforms. Experience in architecting software systems that run across Cloud and Edge. Knowledge and experience with Software Engineering techniques.
