Job Description

Core Function Expert - 009F9QMultiphysics ExpertHe/She is a Multi-Physics expert providing to the R&D entity in medium voltage technical expertise on scientific calculation, related to design of products and solutions. Even whether Multiphysics competence is required, specific expertise on Fluid mechanics, internal Arc, pressure and structural mechanical calculations is highly appreciated. The candidate should be motivated to grow in a technical expertise and animation position within Schneider Electric.Main Missions

  • Develop Modeling & Simulation in Multiphysics domains
  • Provide technical expertise to anticipation, development and continuous engineering projects
  • Support Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, Industrialization and Quality in creation of roadmaps, business intelligence
  • Provide technical expertise and help to solve customer issues
  • Be involved in Expertise R&D program and Schneider Electric expert communities towards skills exchange in Expertise, Customer orientation, Innovation and Sharing
  • Promote the Schneider Electric solutions through scientific papers, international conference
  • Perform technology and patent watch and follows/influence internal and external standards
Qualification
  • Master and PhD in multi-physics simulation
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical field involving engineering and/or Multiphysics ideally in Medium Voltage environment
  • Excellent mastering in simulation tools (Ansys, Altair, )
  • Communication skills
  • Team Player in our international team, Multi-cultural mindset
