  • Manage the credit underwriting team in assessing and evaluating loan applications against the companys lending criteria.
  • Develop and implement credit underwriting policies and procedures to assess business loans and non-business loans under Loan against property.
  • Oversee the credit risk associated with the loan portfolio and take necessary steps to mitigate risk.
  • Work with other departments within the company, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that the banks lending goals are met while maintaining a sound credit risk profile.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the credit underwriting industry.
