Job Description

The position holder has the responsibility to support the Swiss Re Corporate Solutions International Program business by being the point of contact for Business on all IT related activities. Accountable to build and maintain a trusted relationship with our business stakeholders having a good understanding of business issues and challenges. Ensure that IT activities are aligned with business strategy.Main tasks will include:Business - IT Relationship:

  • Be the point of contact for Pulse/International program for global users
  • Ensure transparency and consensus by continuous communication and active expectations management with all stakeholders
  • Have a good understanding of International Program
Application Release & Incident Management:
  • Co-ordinate with product owners for functional specifications, UAT & delivery
  • Support training for International Program business users for application releases
  • Ensure critical incidents/defects are resolved by production support team
Others:
  • Ensure that IT Landscape is developed in conjunction with business priorities
  • Ensure compliance with IT Governance functions
Key Stakeholders:
  • International Program Operations Manager
  • International Program Business SMEs & User Community
  • International Program Centre of Excellence
  • Product Owners across the Landscape
  • Business Analysts
Requirements:Essential:
  • Project & Change Management experience in IT projects
  • Business Analysis & Business Process Management skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills at all levels
  • Sound decision-making skills & ability to take decisive action
  • User Support and quick resolution
Candidate background and experience to include the following:
  • At least 5 years experience in Insurance and/or Business Analysis role
  • Understanding of Insurance IT Landscape, Applications & Business Process Management
  • Demonstrate a willingness to adapt to shifting or competing priorities
