Job Description

: Cyber Security Advisor - 0096F4We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Leader specializing in Cloud Infrastructure and Azure to join our dynamic commercial buildings team. As the Cyber Security Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing robust cybersecurity strategies to safeguard our building solutions. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities.Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Cybersecurity Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for the development and deployment of secure cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the entire product lifecycle.
  2. Risk Management:
    • Conduct thorough risk assessments related to connected product deployments, identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  3. Security Architecture:
    • Design and implement secure architectures for cloud solutions, considering data integrity, confidentiality, and availability requirements.
    • Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies to continuously enhance security postures.
  4. Incident Response and Management:
    • Establish and lead incident response plans, ensuring rapid and effective responses to cybersecurity incidents affecting product deployments.
    • Conduct post-incident analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Compliance and Standards:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards, regulations, and industry frameworks applicable to cloud, such as NIST, ISO, IEC, SOC, and commercial building specific guidelines.
  6. Security Awareness and Training:
    • Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for internal teams involved in connected offer development, deployment, and maintenance.
    • Foster a culture of security awareness and compliance across the organization.
  7. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to address security requirements and concerns related to commercial building solutions.
    • Communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related IT/Engineering field.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles, with a focus on cloud solutions & connected offers.
  • In-depth knowledge of IoT technologies, protocols, and architectures.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Azure specific certifications are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to cloud security.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
