Design Project Lead-CX

Job Description

You will be responsible for Leading projects that requires defining optimal experiences for customers. Drive CX strategy within the account.Overseeing the design and deployment of customer research to understand current needs and wants, uncover new insights and opportunities, and test potential design solutionsSynthesizing market and user research, client needs, and business data to build both strategic and tactical customer experience roadmapsTranslating experience objectives into tangible, meaningful and useful solutions across digital and physical products, services and spaces.Creating well-designed documentation (user personas, experience maps, user journeys, client workflows, current state analyses, prototypes etc.) to support the design and execution of a range of services, products and marketing campaignsLeading the testing and refinement of solutions or design prior to approval and launchOwing and managing all project-related communications among both internal stakeholders and client teamsLeading, guiding and motivating the team and collaborating with other teams and verticals for biggerOverseeing multiple creative projects at one time, creating timelines, overseeing design direction, ensuring all deadlines are met, confirming clients are satisfied with the quality of result and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the duration of the project.Collaborating seamlessly with internal cross-functional and external agency teams to deliver against creative visionYOURE GOOD ATDriving the design of customer experiences in various client projects.Working cross-functionally and collaborating with analysts, researchers, UX teams, Strategists, designers, and operator teams to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, and help projects meet deadlines.Managing all project-related communications to team members, executives, and other stakeholders.Ability to hold brainstorming sessions, project kick-off meetings, and client/ stakeholder interactions.Overseeing multiple complex creative projects from inception to completion.Define and maintain high quality deliverable and other service levels across teams.Establish rich and engaging partnerships with BCG Consulting teams.YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Bachelors/ Masters Degree/ (in Psychology, User Experience, Human Factors, Sociology, or related fields is a plus, but not required)10 years of work experience with at least 5 years of experience in CXProven track record of designing and delivering customer-centric strategies that build measurable business value by increasing revenues, improving efficiency, driving loyalty, or entering new marketsProven CX project delivery experience, particularly with projects delivered against commercial requirements.Understanding of digital and multi-channel CX strategy, measurement frameworks, mapping, data collection and analysis, statistical analysis, ethnography and other critical CX research, analysis and review methodologies.YOULL WORK WITHA career in design at BCG involves bringing deep strategic, user experience and visual expertise into product development, helping to deliver breakthrough products that engage and inspire.
