Growing together.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, AI/ML to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust development background in any programming stack, including but not limited to Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js. This role requires hands-on experience with AI/ML, preferably using cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI. A solid understanding of Generative AI and the ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end is essential.Primary Responsibilities:Leadership and Strategy:

  • Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
  • Develop and implement AI/ML strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Technical Expertise:
  • Utilize solid development skills in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Project Management:
  • Manage multiple AI/ML projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical insights
  • Present project updates, results, and recommendations to senior management
Innovation and Research:
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities for AI/ML applications
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 15 years of experience in software development
  • 3 years of experience delivering solutions with a focus on AI/ML
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams
  • Proven solid background in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js
  • Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
  • Proven ability to possess robust data engineering skills in EDA, building and maintaining AI/ML data pipelines
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degrees, Diploma or Certifications in the field of AI/ML
  • Experience with cloud platforms AI Stacks like AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI
