This role focuses on building and managing both the front-end and back-end development of high-quality Power BI dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and addressing any concerns promptly.
Project Management:
  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Technical Leadership:
  • Oversee the development of both front-end and back-end components of Power BI dashboards.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and developers to design and implement data models, visualizations, and interactive reports.
  • Ensure the integration of various data sources and the optimization of data processing workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Quality Assurance and Performance Optimization:
  • Implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of dashboards to ensure they meet client requirements and performance standards.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize dashboard performance for speed and responsiveness.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and data visualization technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or similar role in the technology domain.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, including front-end and back-end development.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL is mandatory. Python will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of other BI technologies such as Tableau, Spotfire, Qliksense will be a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
