Your role isnt just about managing; its about inspiring and guiding your team to achieve engineering excellence. Define and uphold technical standards, best practices, and coding conventions for various growth projects. Your expertise will shape the way we build, ensuring excellence in every line of code.Architectural decisions are in your capable hands. Youll ensure that our engineering solutions are scalable, maintainable, and in line with our technology roadmap. Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance to maintain high code quality and adherence to coding standards. Stay ahead of the curve, keeping up with the latest technologies, trends, and tools. Your innovative spirit will enhance our product experience and keep us on the cutting edge.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute the growth roadmap. Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals through seamless teamwork.What youll need

• Holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus, but your passion and experience are what truly set you apart.
• Bring at least 6 years of professional software development experience to the table. Youre a seasoned expert in Golang and NodeJS, and your work speaks volumes.
• With 3 years of leadership or management experience, youve got a track record of successfully leading and inspiring engineering teams. Your leadership lights the way.
• Experience in MongoDB / Redis, design patterns, distributed systems, microservices and defining architecture and leading teams in design & development.
• Proficiency in frameworks like React & Typescript is a must. Youre familiar with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and modern UI/UX trends. Crafting user-centric experiences is your forte.
• Your communication skills are top-notch. You can effortlessly collaborate across cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page and moving towards a common goal.
