Job Description

About Company:KreditBee is Indias largest fintech lending platform with a current monthly disbursement of over 1600 Crores. It has 50 Million downloads on Google Play Store and over 85 Lakh unique loan customers. It offers various financial services digitally including but not limited to Personal Loans, Business Loans, DigiGold investment, Insurance, Credit Score Report, and Expense Tracker. The group entity has an in-house RBI registered NBFC and is currently Series-D funded with marquee investors like Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG, and TPG-backed NewQuest, among others.Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Scouting for LAP loan leads
  • Collecting documents from customers and submitting them at the nearby branch
  • Explaining all loan-related processes and charges to customers
  • Clearly communicating all loan-related charges to customers
  • Responsible for acquiring business of LAP (Loan Against Property) Business Loans product at locations and 100 PERCENT collection each and every month
  • Accountable for achieving provided targets for locations
  • Ensuring branch as well as team targets for the loan products and increasing sales products to enhance profitability
  • Analyzing the market including competitors and consumers
  • Providing Business Loan/ Loan Against Property to customers
  • Monitoring and tracking implementation of defined processes
  • Directing and coordinating the various marketing/sales/relationship building activities
  • Reviewing and approving loan application documents
  • Managing the loan origination process
  • Providing customer service to borrowers
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Managing admin of the particular branch
  • Following SOPs for loan documents collection and storage

Minimum Experience:
