The candidate should have all the requisite knowledge of the product that includes the theory, hardware, features, and its application. The FSE should be capable of demonstrating the features and ensure that the customer is able to make optimal use of the capability of the equipment while also ensuring all other service parameters such as response time and repair time are meeting customers expectations.The FSE also owns the responsibility of providing installation, warranty, and post-warranty services and converting the unit from warranty to service contract immediately on expiry of the warranty period.
