Its an opportunity to be part of something special.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign develop and execute CR Program of MaterialsFinancial

  • Lead and reduce 4 PERCENT of total spend on Materials cost.
  • Reduce Complexity in material specification by elimination of 25 PERCENT raw materials Specifications.
CR Fundamentals
  • Procurement lead on all materials and specification being bought to manufacturing.
  • Lead brainstorming with Cross-functional team to identify materials and specifications which can be eliminated without impacting product performance and delivery.
  • Manage Stakeholders for execution of these projects.
  • Benchmark products and specification with most optimal composition thru external engagement.
Reporting & Leadership
  • CR Lead to work with regional procurement team on identification of complexity projects.
  • Lead Procurement team in cross-functional teams to address and resolve queries related to execution of CR projects.
Qualification and Skills
  • Bachelors in engineering / Tech.MBA
  • 12 years of experience working in corporate environment.
  • 5 years of experience working in procurement or related field.
  • High level of fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of Raw Material procurement, nuances of manufacturing, supply, and other critical factors necessary for Raw Material supply robustness.
  • Good understanding of the end-to-end supply chain cost drivers and ability to influence them.
  • Experience in managing complex and transformational projects with cross functional stockholders in areas such as Quality, Technical Supply Chain etc.
  • Experience in developing global sourcing strategies involving vendors across geographies.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience of operating at Senior level managing multiple stakeholders in reputable companies.
  • Proven track record of managing diverse teams.
  • Procurement Qualifications e.g., CIPS Executing projects in a FMCG environment.
