Job Description

  • Strong experience with writing automated test scenarios in WebDriver IOCucumber using JavaScript or alternative JavaScript based UI automation framework such as Cypress / Playwright / Puppeteer / Protractor.
  • Strong experience with writing automated test scenarios in Karate API testing framework using Java or alternative Java based API automation framework such as Rest Assured.
  • Not only should the candidates be able to write tests in such frameworks, but ideally, they would have the ability to carry out updates and maintenance on the automation test frameworks.
  • Candidate should have a good understanding and the ability to add/maintain CI/CD tools and processes such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge and experience with non-functional testing such as accessibility would be a bonus.
  • Candidate must be fully aligned with Agile methodology and understand the concept of shift left testing.
  • Candidate should be a confident team player with the ability to clearly communicate with other engineers and the product owner.
