Job Description

/ Responsibilities

  • Creating innovative designs and presentations.
  • Developing conceptual schemes on proposed sites and supervising project execution.
  • Creating and maintaining important official documents.
  • Design coordination with clients.
  • Coordinating with the team & site supervision as required.
  • Coordinating with vendors, material suppliers, and clients.
  • Ability to work closely within a team while managing own time and taking initiative to move tasks forward without explicit direction.
QualificationDegree in Architecture or EquivalentJob Duties / ResponsibilitiesCandidates should be:
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design programs.
  • Possess creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design.
  • Have communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate project management skills.
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn as part of a team.
