This role involves designing, building and showcasing innovative solutions using cutting edge technologies and leading a team to create immersive demos for business and executive leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and showcasing innovative solutions using emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, XR (Extended Reality), Autonomous Machines, Web 3.0 and others.
  • Design and implement immersive demos that effectively communicate the potential and value of these technologies to business and executive leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build and rapidly onboard solutions to the innovation centre.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach to technology development, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of new technologies and methodologies within the team.
  • Provide technical guidance and manage a team of developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in emerging technologies to guide the strategic direction of the Innovation Center.
  • Work from Wipro Kodathi, Bangalore office.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12 to 15 years of experience in technology development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using emerging technologies such as AI, XR, Autonomous Machines, Web 3.0, etc.
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with modern development tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, ability to think out of the box and experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications or advanced training in emerging technologies.
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences or public speaking.
