Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you would be accountable for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support data-driven decision-making for Health & Benefits line of business.Key Responsibilities

  • To support servicing/sales with preparation of claims utilization reports (CURs) with analysis for clients of WTW & prospects.
  • To support servicing/sales to analyze trends, patterns, cost simulations and insights to provide actionable recommendations for WTW clients and prospects.
  • To support in preparation of ad-hoc decks for clients, prospects or for the business.
  • Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performance.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems and reports.
The Requirements
  • Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics preferably from broking/insurance industry.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel and knowledge of database querying languages.
