• Developing and leading a high-performing team, creating an environment for success by setting direction and coaching them to succeed through inspiring conversations every day. (Refer to the expectations of a manager at Tesco- the minimum standards)
• Initiates and designs continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams
• Accountable for achieving teams objectives, stakeholder management, and escalation management.
• Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans.
• AI Assessment and Solution design: Lead AI-related projects, including building approach to develop AI models and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Solution Architecture: Design innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Create architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation plans for projects.
• Automation Discovery and Assessment: Conduct data and workshop-led assessment to scope of automation in a business area leveraging AI, domain tools, and emerging technologies
• Designing prototype, POC, MVP, and final products: Design minimum requirement to scale requirements
• Design Thinking: Apply design thinking principles to identify user needs, define problem statements, and develop user-centred solutions. Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation.
• Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and related fields.
• Solution Evaluation: Analyse available solutions and technologies in the market. Compare and assess the suitability of different product options to meet business objectives.
• Technical Program Management: Design overall transformation plan for a function and program manage to deliver E2E service and results

Qualifications

• Stakeholder, Vendor & program management
• Basics of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), OCR-Computer Vision & emerging technologies
• Basics of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, Process Mining, API, UX- Experience
• Data Visualization, Agile Methodologies, Design Thinking, Prototyping, and Rapid Development
• Retail Domain Knowledge Knowledge of business area/function, wider business
• Advance Automation Anywhere
• Adv VBA, Adv Excel, Adv SQL, Project & Process Mapping Tools & Techniques
• Business Case and Benefits Management
• Setting up Process KPIs and SLAs
• CI Practitioner
• Certified CI Team Level Certification
