Job Description

Your JobThe supervisor will be a part of a global team creating new solutions as well as improving existing solutions for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Global service India (KGSI) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KGSI rapidly scales up its operations in India, its employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the KGSI over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees.Our TeamSupervisor will be responsible for providing leadership to create valuable solutions for KGS and the customers. The supervisor will measure outcomes and direct the applicable action. The Manager - App & Cloud platform services will be responsible for application solutions delivered from the KGSI and will manage Apps and Cloud services team located in the KGSI. The supervisor will be responsible for the performance and development of talent in the KGSI team.What You Will Do

  • Be a thought leader from a business perspective, understand the business Roadmap and vision and get the team aligned with business priorities and goals.
  • Ensuring team accountability in alignment with Kochs values and principles, and delivering feedback informed by PBM insights to guide performance and compensation decisions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in a technical or management, or 10 years related STEAM field experience.
  • 3 years in leadership roles managing projects and a team.
  • Skilled at developing talent; individually and organizationally.
  • Experience in developing strong relationships.
  • Experience in delegating tasks while maintaining accountability.
  • Experience communicating and presenting to all levels within an organization.
  • Ability to establish effective partnerships across teams and influence management, peers and subordinates in an inclusive style to leverage their abilities and knowledge.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with minimal direction.
  • Strong organizational skills.
