The largest of our brands, CoinSwitch, Lemonn will be housed under PeepalCo.For more information, visit: https://peepal.co | For media queries, contact: press@peepal.coAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our Strategic Partnerships team as Manager Banking Alliances and Partnerships. This role is critical to building and scaling robust banking relationships that enable seamless pay-in/pay-out capabilities, and other financial services across the CoinSwitch group. You will also identify and onboard partners to enhance business performance and elevate the user experience across both CoinSwitch and Lemonn platforms.What You Will Do:Banking Alliances:

• Identify, initiate, and build strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and payment solution providers to support seamless pay-in and pay-out operations.
• Drive negotiations and commercial discussions with partner banks for services like virtual accounts, UPI, IMPS, NEFT/RTGS, escrow, CMS, and related banking products.
• Ensure continuity and scalability of banking infrastructure while mitigating operational and compliance risks.
• Liaise with internal legal, compliance, and product teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and integration of banking partners.
• Continuously track and adapt to regulatory changes impacting banking relationships.

Business Partnerships:

• Scout and evaluate new partnerships (fintech, infrastructure, API providers, etc.) that can enhance CoinSwitch and Lemonns value proposition and customer experience.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define partnership scope, implementation plans, and success metrics.
• Analyze partnership performance and user feedback to refine strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Explore co-branded offerings, joint campaigns, and integrations that increase reach and usage.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the single point of contact for all banking and allied partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.
• Represent CoinSwitch and Lemonn in external partner meetings and industry events.

What You Should Have:

• 57 years of relevant experience in banking alliances, fintech partnerships, or corporate banking.
• Strong understanding of banking infrastructure (payments, cash management, regulatory norms, etc.) in the Indian context.
• Proven ability to close and manage high-value partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Prior experience in a fintech, payments, or crypto company is a strong plus.
