Job Description

Your JobLead the engineers team to development Mold, Die & Equipment for plant manufacture processes. Co-operate with global ME to share, seeking know-how, knowledge to apply new technology for more effective production. Driving team to achieving quality, productivity and output goals through continual process improvements.Executing Technical Support Projects for the existing connector products and as when required.What You Will DoAs Engineering manager, develop & deploy department goals, monitoring in order to achieve company goals:

  • Lead plant engineers on new product development & launching process, apply new technology.
  • Provide operation support to Plant
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • At least 10 yrs. of experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Having work experience at position more experience in manufacture site who lead the team to design for manufacture process, jig, tool machine. Good knowledge & practice in tool, process design and process improvements. Good communication skill in English.
    • Expert in the function, process (multi-process).
    • Network connecting internal & external.
    • System mind set.
