Job Description

Visa is seeking an experienced Manager that will work with our internal teams to assess and manage key technology risks. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the oversight and execution of a process designed to capture risks, ensure the correct stakeholders evaluate the risk, and then present the risks to decision-makers. The candidate will be responsible for aligning the risk management activities with the overall enterprise risk framework. The role will collaborate with other risk management functions and programs, such as Cybersecurity and IT Disaster Recovery, to drive the efficient assessment of risk, and ensure appropriate and rapid escalation of those risks as necessary. The candidate must have a deep understanding of technology risks and controls, particularly data security and availability risks. In addition, the candidate will enhance ways of communicating risks to senior and executive leadership. The candidate will collaborate with other team members involved in the overall process and will help to ensure that risks are processed and evaluated timely.Responsibilities

  • Perform technology risk assessments, primarily focused on Europe based infrastructure/applications and Acquired Entities
  • Perform basic training of GenAI models for the purpose of facilitating automation
  • Provide the first level of review of exceptions to ensure sufficient information is included in requests
  • Identify and communicate risks through the governance process
  • Attend and provide information on risk assessment at governance and leadership meetings
  • Develop and/or support delivery of risk reporting to management, governance committees.
  • Coordinate and develop responses to regulatory inquiries/requests.
  • Support the execution of Second Line of Defense activities and reporting to meet requirements defined in the Intra-Group Arrangement between Visa Europe Limited and Visa Technology Organization
  • Collaborate with other teams involved in the process (e.g. Cybersecurity, Operations & Infrastructure, Corporate IT, etc.)
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50 PERCENT or more of the time based on business needs.Locations - Job Location: Bangalore, INDIA
