Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets in the construction products sector.Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry, including contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and builders.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the construction products market.Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials, campaigns, and sales strategies.Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to clients to showcase the features and benefits of our construction products.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management review.Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and standards related to construction products and incorporate them into sales strategies.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.Work closely with the customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolution of any client issues or concerns.Requirement SkillsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (preferred).Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.Strong understanding of construction products and materials, including knowledge of industry standards and applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.Willingness to travel as needed.Job location: Cole Road, Frazer town
