  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Managing client relationships, looking for direct sales/B2B.
  • Delivering proposals.
  • Collaborate within the team to identify and grow opportunities within the branch.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
Experience we need:
  • 3 - 8 years of work experience in sales and business development in elevator/similar industry.
Education:
  • Engineering Degree/Diploma (Mandatory)
  • MBA (Desirable)
