Job Description

Offer Deployment Leader - Breaker - 009EY2Offer Deployment Leader (Motor Management/Contactor Offer) Drive profitable growth and market share gain by identifying and executing the winning offer strategy, incorporating:

  • Offer portfolio optimization vs market requirements and competition
  • Efficient mix management
  • Revealing untapped sales potential in existing and/or emerging segments & applications
  • Deploying value based price positioning guidelines
  • Embed new offer/feature requirements into offer development roadmaps; contribute to conceptual design and feasibility work
  • Align offer roadmaps of new launches and/or substitutions, support launch process
  • Evaluate sales and margin performance vs targets, analyze gaps and call for corrective actions in case of deviations
  • Support local offer managers to improve their offer and market knowledge and their offer marketing skills
The ideal candidate should:
  • Have minimum 4-5 years experience in similar field.
  • Be ready to work as part of a diverse team striving to collaborate and create impact
  • Be eager to learn and adapt
