  • Work closely with the product team to build an advertisement business
  • Identify and reach out to brands relevant for our users to build partnerships
  • Represent Fam to partners and ensure a smooth experience from pitch to delivery
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with brands and take ownership of deliverables
  • Understand brand goals and design campaigns that align with their objectives
  • End-to-end ownership of campaigns by coordinating with internal teams across product, legal, design, marketing, data analytics, finance, and operations
Must-haves (Min. qualifications)
  • 4 years of experience working in a partnerships & sales team in front facing roles
  • Have a strong brands network in India and actively worked in the consumer brands space
  • Ability to develop relationships, negotiate, coordinate and problem solve with brands
  • Hands-on experience with sales, or business development
Good to have
  • Worked in a fintech startup in India, preferably in payments space
  • Hands-on experience with product, data analytics
  • If you have worked in a business team where ads were a source of revenue
