Responsible for the Sales & Distribution for the assigned geography
Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations
Merchant Acquisition & relationship management
Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market
Key Accounts management
Ensure the team members are in market where sales & usage are done regularly
Responsible for day-to-day deliverables and hygiene
Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area

Reporting Matrix: The role will report to the Area Sales Manager and will have 15-20 field executives as direct reports.Note:

Local candidate aware of the geography shall be preferred
Kannada speaking is must
