Paytms mission is to serve half a billion Indians and bring them to the mainstream economy with the help of technology.About the RoleAs a Senior Product Manager for Risk Platforms, you will have a pivotal role in enabling internal as well as technology forward use-cases on the ecosystem of microservices. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners in driving the conceptual and technical development of business & customer outcomes. As a key member of the Risk Platform Product Management team, youll collaborate closely with a talented troop of Developers, Product Designers, Technical Architects along with various Business, Product, and Analytics stakeholders within Paytm.Expectations/Requirements

• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business use cases, customer journeys, business applicability and impact.
• Ability to understand different technology platforms, their features and be able to work with solution architects/engineering partners to create simple yet impactful product requirements, roadmap and execution plan.
• Conduct user research, gather product ideas, seek feedback, collate requirements & own the vision & roadmap of the platform you own.
• With your strong knowledge of different technology platforms in your vertical or in the company, we expect you to raise your hand when either any wrong design decision is being made or if a similar function exists in other platforms that could be reused.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders / cross-functional teams to influence them for quicker decisions, manage technical roadblocks and chart a way forward.
• Run your product development lifecycle in an agile fashion, with a hard focus on intentional prioritization.
• Partner with many types of stakeholders, including engineers, analysts, and leaders from different teams and functions in designing scalable solutions. Stakeholders include Data Science, Analytics, Fraud & Risk, and all lines of businesses.
• Continue to strive for innovation, be aware of developments that are happening in the SaaS world and generate ideas that are bold.

Superpowers/ Skills that Will Help You Succeed in This Role

• Should have a Bachelors / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management and should have at least 10 years of product management experience and leading products and platforms.
• Strong technical architectural understanding of microservices-based platforms, customer centricity and adoption.
• Ability to think strategically about complex issues, driving thoughtful recommendations and then taking the product through its development lifecycle.
• Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to interact with, build consensus and influence across a variety of internal and external business partners at all levels of leadership.
• Analytical and data-driven; you love digging into the data to analyze whats happening and define and measure success on every project.
• Knowledge and applicability of product design patterns and methodologies is also a plus.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment.
• Services/Payments industry experience is a plus.
