This junior role is pivotal in supporting the global Systems Engineering (SE) Leadership with reporting and data aggregation tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is flexible, intelligent, and able to work with urgency, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.Key Responsibilities

  • Support the global SE Leadership team with reporting and data aggregation requests.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau, and other systems to source, gather, analyze, and compile data.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the creation of dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
  • Identify trends and insights to help drive strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and update databases and systems as required.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Database Management.
  • Experience creating reports and process documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with data visualization.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau Dashboards/Reports creation is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate with urgency and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in analytics and systems development.
  • Experience in presales operations is a plus but not required.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • SFDC Admin Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with channel/partner ecosystem data and reporting is a plus.
